Jill Woicik, LPC-MHSP, NCC

Jill Woicik grew up in North Alabama where she graduated from The University of North Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Sociology. She then moved to Dallas, where she obtained an Associate’s Degree in Practical Theology from Christ for the Nations Institute. Near the completion of her studies, Jill felt a strong calling to contribute to the restoration of hurting girls and women after hearing the founder of a residential girls’ home ministry speak. This pivotal moment led her to pursue a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University.

Jill is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider in Tennessee and was previously licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas for 16 years. She is also a National Certified Counselor. Throughout her career, Jill has served in various roles, from Case Manager to Program Director, in nonprofit social service agencies.

In 2011, Jill became acutely aware of the growing issue of sex trafficking in the United States and has since volunteered with several anti-trafficking organizations. Her work has focused on providing therapeutic services to survivors of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and other violent crimes, as well as homeless single mothers, individuals in recovery from substance abuse within the criminal justice system, and children in foster care. Her passion lies in helping women heal from trauma, and empowering them to discover their unique strengths and purpose. Jill has been part of the Rest Stop Ministries’ Team since September 2017.

Jill and her husband, Randy, married in August 2004. They enjoy traveling and spending time in the mountains whenever possible. Jill loves coffee with friends, quality time with her cats, and any opportunity with horses. She is delighted to fully embrace the dream God placed in her heart over 20 years ago to walk alongside women on their journey to freedom. Jill is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside her husband, using their complementary gifts to support the team and residents of Rest Stop Ministries.
