Connie Sink, BBA

Connie grew up in a Christian home where her father served as a pastor for forty years, instilling in her a deep desire to serve God in ministry. From a young age, she felt called to serve others and, as a young adult, joined the New Life Drama Co. She traveled extensively across the United States, ministering in churches, schools, prisons, and on the streets through the art of skit drama.

After New Life, Connie married her husband of nearly thirty years. Together, they served as associate pastors and worship leaders for the first thirteen years of their marriage. A time of crisis in their lives and marriage led them to the recovery ministry, where they found healing and restoration through Celebrate Recovery (CR). After experiencing firsthand the power of transformation, Connie and her husband were invited to start a CR program at their church, where they served as ministry leaders for over twelve years.

Connie’s involvement with Rest Stop Ministries began through CR, where she witnessed the life-changing impact of the recovery program on women’s lives. Inspired by these transformations, she felt called to become more deeply involved in the day-to-day work at Rest Stop. Before joining the team full-time, Connie volunteered and provided respite care for over three years, further strengthening her commitment to the ministry’s mission.
